.1 DESCRIPTION
The material shall consist, essentially, of simazine and shall be a white to light beige powder, free from extraneous materials and added modifying agents.
.2 ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
.2.1 Identity
.2.1.1 Melting Point (method 22/1/(M)/2.2; see note 1)
Minimum: 225 ºC
When mixed with equal quantities of pure simazine, no depression in the melting point of the sample shall occur (see note 5).

.2.2.2 Declared Content
The simazine content shall be declared and, when determined, the content obtained shall not differ from that declared by more than + 2 percentage units.
